Battle ripstop 65% polyester / 35% cotton ripstop ACU coats without velcro by Propper. Propper's Battle Rip ACU is constructed of 65% polyester / 35% cotton ripstop fabric, treated with DuPont Teflon for liquid and stain resistency. All pockets and pouches are consistent with military specifications. The F5470 does not have hook and loop patches.
