Interior neoprene cuffs with adjustable hook-and-loop closures help keep the wet out. As do double-front storm flaps with inside and outside snap closures. Elbows are reinforced for longer wear. A three-piece detachable contoured hood features an adjustable drawcord. You'll also find two large hand pockets and a chest pocket all with flaps and hook-and-loop closures to protect from the rain. A great way to stay dry on a wet day!
