Waterproof and wind proof, it is made of durable, .40mm, polyester-backed PVC (polyvinylchloride) fabric with electronically welded seams. Features such as an attached hood, a double-front storm placket with inside and outside snap closures, and snap-adjustable wrist openings help keep you dry. Match with PVC Rain Bib (Style R39) for complete rain protection.
