Thank you for considering UMI Direct for your work apparel requirements. We know the customer has many choices where to spend their money and sincerely appreciate your business. Here are a few details of exactly how UMI Direct customer orders are processed. All orders are processed within 48 hours after receipt (weekends and holidays excluded). Once an order has been accepted it is subject to further consideration by the manufacturer and who may also require additional time to complete the shipment. UMI Direct will honor all expedited freight requests, however it is important to note that because orders do not ship the same day a request for expedited freight does not guarantee expedited delivery. Please pay special attention to the estimated ship dates provided at the time of order submission and consider the above timeframe when operating under a deadline.

All sales are final. Only goods that have fabric or manufacturing defects or that have been shipped in error may be returned, and then only with prior written authorization. Goods returned without an approved authorization will not be accepted.

Uniforms Manufacturing, Inc. is not responsible for any delay in performance for any causes beyond its control. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by our corporate headquarters. Deliveries against orders are subject to credit approval at the time of shipment.

Due to the size of our product line it is sometimes necessary for Uniforms Manufacturing, Inc. to partial ship orders. Uniforms Manufacturing, Inc. does not consolidate shipments from multiple locations and all goods are invoiced to match their associated packing slip..

Payment Terms

Standard terms for Credit approved accounts are Net 30. Alternative methods of payment accepted are MasterCard, Visa and American Express as well as cash before delivery. No CODs.

Returns and Exchanges

If a customer chooses to return current, first quality, unaltered, stock products due to an error on the part of Uniforms Manufacturing, Inc. our customer service department will gladly issue a no-cost return authorization. However, if a return is requested for any of the products described above for reasons other than Uniforms Manufacturing, Inc. error, we will accommodate the return as long as the request is made within 14-days after receipt of the order. Inbound and outbound freight costs plus a 20% restocking fee will apply. Customized or made-to-order merchandise is non-returnable for reasons other than Uniforms Manufacturing, Inc. error.

Warranty

The products contained within this site are warranted against defects in manufacture only. Because applications vary, no use warranty is implied or intended. The buyer should make a careful analysis of the use by which these products are purchased. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to determine whether these products will adequately protect the wearer in the environment in which they are to be used. No oral representation inconsistent with the above shall be binding.
